pumpkin bread

Wet ingredients:

1/2 cup Coconut oil

1/2 cup Honey

2 Eggs

1 cup Pumpkin puree

1 tsp Vanilla

Essential Oils: 3 drops Cinnamon bark, 2 drops Ginger, 1 drop Nutmeg, 1 drop Clove


Dry Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Einkorn flour

1 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

1/4 tsp Salt


Mix wet and dry ingredients separate and then combine. Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees in a loaf pan.
